Hello cats
After hard work and big help to mr-kot and all users of this forum,my rework station works great,below is video of my station.

After many hours of work finaly I get some results,below is video of my rework station,but still I have problems with fan,when I put 25v input on output I get 24v but when I connect the fan the current is droping I have try with difrent resistors on R33 and R37.Any sugestion?

This is you in vain. Not an radioamateur. It is necessary to bring the design to the end.

mr-kot do you have good pcb layout if its possible in dip layout without smd components.Its hard to find smd in my town.

I have try all,and nothing I found wrong.
When is conected pot R34 the fan dont work properly,when I disconect pot R34 the fan is at max speed and the gerkon is working.
Here is pcb that I use,I have add the 20k at R37

You can use this circuit, but it should be voltage -5 V
Easier to get to work the scheme at LM317.
If does not work - look for errors in the installation or faulty parts. In the other users is working.

I have made changes and on point B I get 24v and on point C I get 1.2v,J have try with replace the r37 with 15k I get on B still 24v on point C 1.5v.
After makeing this changes I see that when I turn on the station display of temperature is shown for 2 seconds and after that I get - - -.

I have open the handle and the fan is 24v,but the fan is driving very slowly when I conect to input of the main board 27v and on the fan I get 5v,when I conect 14v to the main board on fan I get 11.5v,other the gerkon is working properly.

I made the changes and its good,you can see in video attached,but there is other problem when I turn on the station the fan is working very slowly and potenciometer is in max range,and forget to tell that I still not connect the heater on lukey702(resistance on heater 72ohms).

I programm with usb programmer and with software ProgISP V1.7.2,I dont know how to change to 1 mhz.
The software is in attacment if you have time you can research the software.

I have some good results,I have swap the conections for 1 and 3 segmet and now its good.
In video you can see that when I turn on the station first is shown temperature,is that ok.
And second thing is the when I increase or decline the movement of numbers is very slow?

I dont know what to do,I should try to programm the chip with other programmer and other hex code,can someone sugested some else working code,or how to set the fuse bits in software ProgISP V1.7.2 I have usb programmer.
